How can I return my order?

Return conditions

Request your refund within 14 days of handing over the return shipment to the carrier. Please retain the carrier's return receipt until you receive your refund.

Our products are carefully checked before shipping, so problems should generally not occur.

Can I return items from different orders together?

Yes, if you have received multiple orders shipped by Zalando, you can return them to us in one package. If you want to return Zalando and partner products, please pack them in separate packages. Partner products are marked "Sold by a partner" in the order overview in your user account.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 14 days of handing over the return shipment to the carrier. Please keep the carrier's return receipt until you receive your refund.

(The customer must bear the return shipping costs.)

Which shipping company can I use to return my package?

You will find this information on the return label. If you use a return code, you can return your package via the Austrian Post or Hermes parcel shops return.
