Due to constantly evolving regulatory requirements, it is our responsibility to protect customer data, employee data, Zalando business data and partner data throughout the entire data lifecycle.

Our Mission

As an information security department, our mission is to identify cyber risks, protect Glowency, detect, respond to and remediate risks (Risk Management) and enable value creation in a secure and data-protected manner (Enabling the Business). We eliminate unnecessary bottlenecks in security, compliance and data protection and enforce best practices across the Glowency IT landscape (Efficient Operations) to keep our promises to our customers and partners and support data protection principles.
