With the “Invoice” payment method, you only have to pay for the items you keep.
After you have completed your order, you can choose from a range of payment methods during the checkout process. If you choose "Invoice", you can pay for the items in your order that you wish to keep using PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
How do I pay for the items I keep?
We will send you an email 4 days after your order has been dispatched with a link to the payment page. Simply follow the link in the email. We will then guide you through the payment process.
You can select the items you want to keep and pay for them using your preferred payment method, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
When do I have to pay for my order?
You have 14 days to pay for your order. As a reminder, we will send you an email 4 days before your invoice is due.
What happens if I want to return an item?
If you would like to return an item, create a return online and we will update the outstanding amount for the items you keep.
Please note that this option is unfortunately not yet available for some items sold by our partners.
